it is a kind of pub style restaurant. dishes are perfect nd prices are also rational. so really enjoyed the dinner. but servers there ain't smiling and wouldn't be answering guest questions. but authentic and cozy, tasty it was. I have an intention to visit again though.

The atmosphere is relaxed yet classy, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional — they go out of their way to make sure you’re well taken care of. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, but the highlight for me is definitely the steak. There are so many cuts to choose from, all cooked exactly to your liking and packed with flavor. The portions are generous, and the quality of the meat is excellent. Their wine selection is also impressive — perfect for pairing with your meal or just enjoying a glass to unwind. Whether you’re coming for a romantic dinner, a night out with friends, or just craving a good steak, Arena delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended and definitely a place I’ll return to!

Foods were delicious! I’ve ordered chicken schnitzel for the main, caesar salad and squid ring calamari for apperizer, turned out they all taste soooo delicious I do love the ambiance of this place as well!

I went there last night for the first time but I have tried their burgers few times at Sanur Festival. My first impression was: some of the staffs are kind of rude (this is just my theory: but could it be because I'm a local 'Balinese' or might be the only local there among all the 'Chinese'?. or could it be personal reasons like they have problems at home?). Some of them didn't even smile and kind of 'ketus' when I asked for something like menu. This made me a little uncomfortable tbh and wanted to just cancel the table. But anyway, some of them are still very nice so I stayed :) The food was amazing, just ok portions to me, but they're all flavorful and fresh. My favorites are the beef goulash & oysters. Yum. Price wise, I think it's still fair although it might be a little higher than most restaurants in Sanur, but still reasonable price considering the place, food, and vibes. (just need some of those staffs to be nicer as they work in hospitality, especially when the guests are nice to them and not being rude to them). Parking spot is available but very busy, I would say it's better to ride than drive. And reservations are highly recommended especially when you're in a big group. I'll definitely coming back for the food and maybe some drinks :)

Food was generally good. I have ordered steaks both medium, but one was medium perfectly, the other was well-done and too chewy. Otherwise staffs are nice and good atmosphere.

Amazing food!!! From year to year, great taste and large portions. We had dinner with the family, very happy! Thanks to the cooks and the chef.

Still consistently good since 10 years ago. Big size, well made, but still reasonable price. Half of the tables are already reserved, and we got lucky to came earlier so the other half is still empty. Then when we eat it's already full. The only downside is it's still using regular plate (same like 10 years ago). I personally think it will be fantastic on hotplate
